Background

Elizabeth began her career in advertising working with The Financial Times, becoming their youngest manager of a division. Following a brief time in Headhunting, she moved to Management Consultancy rapidly rising to a Director of Sales and Operations. 

Since 2010, Elizabeth has been running her own successful coaching business working with senior executives to enhance their leadership, communication and influencing skills and strategic business development skills, to deliver commercial sustainability and behavioural and transformational change. She is known for taking her clients to the edge and holding their vision to enable them to achieve what is possible.

Elizabeth is a professionally trained and accredited Coach following a successful career as Director of Sales and Operations of a leading HR management consultancy firm. 

Her area of focus is to find, support and leverage the best in her clients through using a brain based approach to understand what drives behaviour. Enhancing where it works well and creating new strategies to increase professional effectiveness. Elizabeth supports her clients to create and add value to their lives as well as to individuals, teams in the span of their care and the bottom line.
